With training from PEOPLink, Prescraft has begun to learn to shoot their own digital images for eventual use on the Internet.

Prescraft is dedicated to preserving the rich cultural heritage of the North West Province of Cameroon in West Africa. Its goals are to provide employment, to stem the flow of peasants from the rural areas to the cities, to preserve traditional craft skills, and to instill self-confidence in the craftsmen.

More than 500 men and women in rural villages around the town of Bamenda work in their homes and small, open-air workshops to produce traditional handicrafts for Prescraft.
